Wear Active – Shipping Policy

At Wear Active, we deliver across Pakistan with free standard shipping on every order.

Delivery coverage and charges

Wear Active provides free standard delivery across Pakistan with no minimum order value.

Delivery time

Orders are normally delivered within 2–5 working days. This timeframe includes order processing and delivery.

Delivery may take longer during public holidays, major sales, severe weather, courier disruptions, or for locations outside standard courier service areas.

Courier and tracking

Orders are delivered through Leopards or Trax.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details are shared with you on WhatsApp.

Cash on Delivery confirmation

Cash on Delivery orders must be confirmed through WhatsApp before dispatch. If we cannot confirm your order, dispatch may be delayed.

Payment methods

Wear Active accepts:

  • Cash on Delivery
  • Bank Transfer
  • JazzCash

For Bank Transfer and JazzCash, follow the payment instructions provided during checkout or order confirmation.

Wear Active will never ask for your banking password, card PIN, JazzCash PIN, or one-time password. If you receive a suspicious payment request, contact us directly.

Address and delivery issues

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate name, phone number, and delivery address at checkout.

If you need to correct an address, have not received tracking details, or have a delivery issue, contact us as soon as possible:

Order processing

Orders are processed on working days (Monday–Saturday). Orders placed after our daily cut-off, on Sundays, or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.

We may contact you to confirm order or payment details before dispatch, especially for Cash on Delivery orders.

Failed or refused delivery

If a delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, an unreachable phone number, or refusal to accept the parcel, the order may be returned to us. Any re-delivery costs may be charged to the customer.

Size exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery, including discounted products. A Rs. 300 exchange delivery fee applies to size exchanges. If Wear Active sends an incorrect or defective item, replacement delivery is free.
