Wear Active – Returns & Exchange Policy
At Wear Active, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, please review the policy below.
1. Eligibility for Exchange or Return
Items can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of purchase/delivery.
We accept exchanges/returns only if:
The item is faulty, damaged, or defective at delivery.
The item does not match the original specifications or the item you ordered.
For faulty/defective items, email info@wearactive.pk with photographic evidence within 7 days.
2. Conditions for Return
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags attached.
We cannot accept items with odours, signs of wear, or tampering.
Sale/Clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Notify us within 7 days of delivery via email at info@wearactive.pk or call (+92) 314-0877221.
State the reason and, for exchanges, the required size/product (email or WhatsApp chat serves as proof).
Return items via a traceable courier/registered post at your cost to our returns address (provided upon request).
The parcel remains your responsibility until received and processed. Please keep the proof of postage.
4. Costs & Processing
Delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable.
PKR 200 will be charged on replacement parcels where the customer changes the size or item.
For refunds, PKR 250 is deducted (delivery charges).
Exchanges are shipped on a standard service (not express).
Refunds are processed within 7 working days after we receive and verify returned items.
Normal processing time is 2–4 business days; during sales it may take 6–8 business days.
5. When Returns/Exchanges Aren’t Possible
Requests made outside the specified timeframe.
Products damaged due to use, mishandling, or tampering.
Missing written instructions for the required exchange size/item.
6. Faulty Goods
For suspected faults, email info@wearactive.pk with a brief description and photos.
In some cases, returning the item may not be necessary; we assess case by case.
Faulty claims must be made within 4–7 days; after this, issues may be considered normal wear and tear.
If a like-for-like replacement is out of stock, we may issue a refund or store credit equal to the product’s value.
7. Important Notes
We reserve the right to return items to you if they do not meet our policy criteria.
Goods are returned to you in the same condition in which they are received.
Exchanges can only be made up to the original value of the goods purchased.
Your shipping costs are non-refundable.
